There is no mention in my IVA paperwork or contract that states I will have to do another expenditure review after final payment made so do I have to do one? Thank you.

Once your final payment has been received you will be asked to supply the information to help close the case - this is very similar to an annual review process.

I think different companies have different procedures. We didn't have to supply any documents at the end of the I, but I know other people have had to.

You have to comply with reasonable requests and your completion certificate will not be issued without you providing certain information relevant to the last year. We had to provide P45s, last wage slip and last month's bank statements but not a new income and expenditure.

Yes a review for every year should be done to ensure you are not hiding away overtime or bonuses that might have to be paid over.

Final payment is irrelevant when it comes to reviews -- the IVA is still in force until such time as the completion certificate is issued ( which will not happen whilst matters are outstanding). If a review falls due, then it must be done. Different IP's have differing ways of dealing with these, but, in some form or other they should be completed.
