hi trying to remortgage on line to release £109,000 realise this wont happen but aperture want a refusual letter so we can do the extra year of payments.when applying online cant get past outgoings stage for obvious reasons,any advise to get over this.thanks in advance.

Try HSBC and Chelsea Building Society, their online application goes right through to the end where you get a refusal due to the obvious credit checks. I took a screen shot and my IP accepted these.

We had a secured loan with Black Horse who flatly refused and also gave it us in writing as did the Chelsea (our mortgage provider).

thanks all got one[rejection letter that is] off yorkshire emailed it over to aperture waiting to see if this is enough will try your recomendations if not

Getting unnecessary rejections can damage your credit file so many IP firms are happy for confirmation from a broker that no products are available. It seems pointless to me to make applications knowing they will be rejected especially when everyone knows they will be rejected anyway.
