We've been in an IVA woth freeman jones for almost 3 years. My husband has a company car but has just been informed that he will have to return it in favour of a monthly allowance. Will we be able to get car finance under an iva because there are conditions to the allowance - must have car fewer than 3 yrs old etc.

Welcome to the forum.
You will need to discuss and agree with your IP. There are specialist finance brokers for car purchases whilst in an iva which may charge a premium such as Moneybarn which you may have to consider as normal car finance will not necessarily be an option with the iva on file.
