3 months to the day and my name has been removed but my Husbands has not and is showing as current. Do I ring the number at the bottom of the page? (IR contact desk).

I presume you had your completion letters on the same day? If not then that might explain a delay but you can contact them and query it, can't do any harm.

Both of us were on the same certificate so I'm not impressed!

It's possibly an admin error so do give them a call.
