Hello.I have read that IVA is not finished even if you have paid everything till your sertificate comes up.Lets say my final payment is on 1st of November-can the provider ask for bank statements after 1st of November to see if there is any additional income? Thanks

Hi and welcome,
Yes, it's just to make sure that everything is in order and is nothing to worry about.

As mentioned above ... yes. You are still in an IVA until such time as the completion certificate is issued. Even after the certificate is issued you are still bound by the terms regarding anything that occurred during the time of the IVA.

I would wait until your completion letter comes. You can keep your money if you have made your final payment and spend it on whatever you like.
