After 2 weeks in hospital with a brain heamoarage i need advice.While off work i dont get paid,and dont look like going back anytime soon.How can i end the iva?I have just started year 6.Thanks

Hi,
So sorry to hear of your illness and hope you are back to full health soon.
Speak to your IP and explain the circumstances and it may well be that they will accept payments to date and close the the IVA down.

In the meantime request a payment break to take the heat off while things are worked out.

Having been through similar in the last few weeks please rest and take it easy. Speak with your IP and explain asking them to seek agreement to except payments to date.
I have returned to work after 3 weeks off plus 4 weeks at half days - still shattered and fighting ongoing headaches ... so do as your body is telling you and rest !
