My creditors just didn't vote at all at my creditors meeting. They didn't even acknowledge receipt of notification of the meeting. So I'm left hanging on for at least another week, incurring fines for late payments etc...
Is not voting unusual? What's to stop them continuing to not vote?

Hi,

Unusual for nobody to vote - speak to your IP company on Monday and see what is happening.

Very unusual for none to vote - your IP will need to establish if the proposal report was received by creditors or whether there was an issue. So long as it was received then you need to trust your IP to gather momentum and support from creditors for you.

Hopefully your IP will chase the most likely to accept. If only one votes and it is a yes the others are also bound.
