We have made F& F payment to varden nuttall on 5th october, how long does it take to pay off all our creditors and receive CC.

Normally they allow up to 6 months -- some firms take a few weeks, some the whole 6 months. In VN's case the waters are muddied by the fact that they are in administration and the courts have only recently given the administrators permission to start closing cases -- so there would probably be something of a backlog.
