Hi all, I had my CC last week, I realise I have to wait 3 months to clear my name of the IVA register my question is should all the defaults come off my credit report straight away or do I have to wait? Cheers

They should drop off on the 6th anniversary - your IP company will inform the credit agencies.

You need to check the default dates -- they should be dated on or before the IVA start date and will drop off when 6 years old. Have a read here:
