Hello,i completed my IVA on the 7th July 2015 and have my completion certificate. I have found out last week that they have failed to inform the insolvency register and the iva is still showing as being active.
I contacted Harrington Brooks last week and they said they will update the details but couldnt say how long it will take. Am very unhappy about this as the iva was completed 16 months ago.Is there any thing Ican do to hurry the process along.

Yes. On the Insolvency site is a contact link -- use that to inform them of the situation. They will want sight of a copy of the certificate and should then remove you.
