I have received a letter from aperture this month saying I am aware you have been awarded compensation in respect of mis-sold ppi however I am unable to progress your arrangement as I do not currently hold any information on the exact breakdown of the compensation. PPI compensation normally consists of a refund of the premiums and interest that you had paid together with statutory interest I require details on the statutory interest in order to be able to progress your iva. Any help on what I should do on this.

Did you sign a deed of assignment for this and does your completion letter mention anything about PPI.

That's obviously why they want to discuss it I imagine. Give them a call tomorrow - it could be that it's been sent out by mistake.

I imagine it's a computer generated error.

I have been given 14 days to send any statutory of interest information to them but I would have thought they would have all that information already I will ring them tomorrow and see what they say.

I still am inclined to believe that it is an admin error and shouldn't have been sent out.
