Hi sorry me again!!!
Iv had a call for a few more bits of info today and was told everything will now go to the drafter who will draft my proposal.

Does this mean I have given them all the info they needed or is the drafter still likely to ring asking about things all over again?
I was worried about a few things (my partner using my bank account etc) I explained it all in a cover note with the documents and nothing has been questioned just wondered if thats it now and the next correspondence I get is for me to sign the proposal?
I'm using step change

Thanks

Hopefully they will now have all they need. To be honest they make a simple process rather long winded !!

I agree I first spoke to them nearly 2 months ago and were only just at the drafting stage!

Seems a long time but hopefully they will at least use inhouse drafters and not outsource your file to someone else.

Hi

Although Stepchange don't appear to be the quickest in getting an IVA through we found them to be really thorough and had no issues at all during the whole thing.
It actually gave us more time to save up prior to starting as creditors backed off once they were informed.
Hope yours goes well.
Regards.
