change payment date

Over Christmas my car suffered a clutch failure and the clutch needs replacing....my IVA payment is due on the 13th....I have it in the back of my mind that as long as the payment is made in the same month then this is not counted as a missed payment...is this correct

It should be easy to change the payment date if you notify your IP and they can even allow you to miss a payment. Neither should affect your IVA nor your credit file.

Agree with Michael. Keep your IP in the loop to avoid any misunderstandings.
