Will I be accepted, I am currently going through the process of applying, just waiting for forms, it will be 40 p to the pound.

Nobody can say for definite as each IVA is individual but it's a decent offer so hopefully you won't have any problems. Your company would not put it forward if they didn't think there was a good chance of it being accepted.
