Completion cert timescale

Is there a maximum time limit for an IP to forward a completion certificate if you have made all your payments and every thing is reported as satisfactory.

There is usually a clause as to the length of the arrangement in the proposal. Normally they get a 6 month admin period after the last payments. This can be extended twice; once by 3 months and another by 6, on giving Notice to the debtor. To go beyond that would need some other, overriding irregularity. However, if push came to shove, enforcing the clause would be a different matter.
