Pension in payslip and fear of IVA collapsing

my last payment is in June & as my iva was extended for a year for property equity it will have been the 6yrs. However I'm now worried. I messaged my iva Co to ask if there is anything they need & they said P60s & payslips - however in April I asked my hr dept to put me into the company pension from July onwards - after my last payment - but they took it as of April so now my payslip will have company pension on it - is this allowed? I'm so worried it'll all collapse now

Hi -- there should be no problem .... if you choose to fund your pension from your agreed allowances that is up to you. The IVA payments are all up to date, so I doubt your IP will even notice.

Well done on getting to the end ... not long now.

I do so hope you're right Foggy! I've just sent them a message though regarding it as I was worried! Have I done a stupid thing by pointing it out?
Oh I do hope it all ends OK now
Can I just say thanks so much to this forum too! Over the past 6yra you've been a godsend

You're entitled to join a pension scheme and if anything this reduces your income and ability to keep up with the payments.

I can't see how this will affect your IVA in any way. Your IP will be looking out for additional income, not expenditure.

I agree with all the others. You have done nothing wrong and your IP will have nothing to say.
