Are you still classed as Insolvent after your IVA

Hello Forum members,
Hope all are well. So, I have a question which I am hoping experts and fellow forum members may be able to help with.
I completed my IVA in June 2013 and have been off the register for 4 years. I have recently started applying for new jobs and came across the following question:
Are you insolvent? I answered NO to this question as my understanding is that once you are off the register you are no longer Insolvent.
The question did not ask, have you been insolvent. For which the answer would have been Yes.
Was my answer correct?
Any guidance and advice much appreciated.
