So after coming off the insolvency register in July 2017, I checked clear score today and my score has dropped and the report is showing my Iva. Checked the insolvency register and I am back in it. Sent in an error report but why would this happen and will it keep happening? I was starting to feel positive about everything and looking forward to the future again but going backwards again!

I think someone has cocked up somewhere along the line - if you have had your completion letter you should be off within 3 months.

These things do happen now and again, which is why we advise keeping an eye on things, even after they have been changed. As to the why's -- human error, computer error or simply Sod's Law.

This is also one reason to hang on to your paperwork after the IVA has been completed.

Aperture rang insolvency register and they state that they updated the register on 27 July to state IVA finished and then 3 months after that they remove it from register = 6 months. But would not give a reason as to why I was removed from register on 27 July but went back on this month but will be removed on 27 October 2017. Sounds like human/techno fault just frustrating as it has affected my Equifax report and they were my worst credit agency for getting IVA off report in first place. Hey ho, happy days!

Ah -- I know what happened. Sometimes we get removed before three months is up ( from the time they get notified of the completion) -- which is what happened to you ... but .. this is against their policy. Someone noticed and reinstated you until your three month term is up !

I got my completion certificate on 20 April and came off the insolvency register on 27 July and went back on insolvency register this month

Ah .. right, so you came off on the correct timescale the first time ! Back to reason "A" === Human Error !
