Hi, we are just 4 months away from completing our payments on our 6 year IVA, and we have had a letter to tell us that our IVA has been transferred to Beesely & Company. Just wondering if anyone has any experience of them? We were on very good terms with our previous supervisor who has been very supportive so i am disappointed about the change at this late stage and hoping it doesn't cause us any bother with the end so close! Also, i'm a little confused as when i have searched this forum, there is some old posts saying a company with the same name was sold to credit fix in 2015. They also want to pass our details to 'Debt Specialist soloutions' so they can help us reclaim PPI, is this standard procedure? (we have already reclaimed some which was paid into the IVA, and i'm not aware of any more owing) Thanks for reading.

I do not know of any connection between Beesley and Creditfix, but it is possible that they sold a portion of their case load and continued to take new business.

With regard to PPI, it is common practice to make multiple applications to lenders, as they often refuse the first and agree to subsequent claims!
