On iva. mortgage intrest only at present girlfriend wants to move to repayment mortgage it's a joint mortgage payments will go up will it be considered in my iva

Probably not --- had you already been on repayment the creditors might have asked you to change to interest only anyway. Also a repayment mortgage would increase your equity over the term of the IVA, which would make equity release more problematical (possibly) come the time that clause is triggered.
