Can creditors call me while I am still in IVA?

I finsh my 6 yr IVA in March and have this week had two calls from creditors at work, is this legal and when will this finally stop? i HAVE PAID 6 k over my original debt of 64k

No, If your creditors were included they cannot contact you. Speak to your IP about this.

They should not be contacting you after the first couple of months (when news of the IVA is still filtering through). Why did they call after all this time ayway (being nosey!) ?

Not having to deal directly with your creditors is one of the advantages of an IVA after all!

If these were pre IVA creditors then this should have stopped 6 years ago when the IVA started!
