Hi. I am hoping that you fabulous people could advise me.

IVA completed in Dec 2017 (originally began Aug 2012, had 3mth maternity break).
1- Will it leave credit files after 31st Aug (6yrs from entering or Dec 6yrs after completing)??
2- Have just looked at credit reports and all creditors are showing as settled apart from a Barclayloan that still shows as a default status, do i need to ask them to settle this as the others have?
3- A creditor looks to have sold a debt on that is showing as settled but they have placed a note on, stating "balance settled using a full and final not repaying full debt" is this an issue or will this also leave the report at the 6yr mark?

Just to clarify am I able to ask for them to remove the notice of correction now or do I have to wait for the 6yr point and then write to them?

An NoC has no time limits and you can ask for it to be removed now.
