Still no iva completion certificate

I've finished my Iva payments 2years in October this year 2018 and still waiting for my comformation letter. Can't get through to DFD .what can I do
DFD cases have been taken on by Aperture : https://apertureiva.com/dfd/
They need chasing at the best of times -- a rocket might prove useful in this case!
2 years.. wow wouldve pulled all my hair out by then lol
