If your IVA began over 6 years ago it's certainly something that we have managed to do for Clients previously. We'd be happy to look at your situation if you were to contact us.

Ryan comes highly recommended (As does Shaun) - they have helped alot of forum members, me included, over the years to achieve the desired outcome of being property owners and new mortgage deals.

It sounds like a great opportunity for you and there should be a reasonable amount of options available to you, although you may still be limited to some extent. Anyone with specialist experience in this field should be able to guide you through this and secure the most competitive rate possible.

Hi WJ1977
On the face of it you should have great possibilities.
Registered 6 years or over, great deals.
Registered less than 6 years ago, satisfied 3 years or more ago, great deals.

Good luck
