How long do Credit Fix take to send CC?

I’m waiting for my completion certificate and my case is with the closures team. I’ve had two emails, one stating I will receive it in 2 weeks and one saying 4-6 weeks.
What’s the usual time line to receive it?

Creditfix are normally quite fast in getting the certificates out, but it does vary from a couple of weeks to a couple of months, I am afraid.

Mine was received within 2ish weeks, it must of been the only department in CF to actually employ competent staff !
