Worried that IVA won't be accepted as biggest debt recent

Really worried about the fact that my IVA proposal won’t be accepted due to the debt with one of the creditors (the largest one) being new (less than 6 months old) can anyone advise?

Many of us have last minute debt due to last ditch attempts at salvation, or simply needing credit to survive. Creditors are not easy to predict and all react differently. Your IP would not put a proposal forward if he or she thought the chances of rejection were high.
