I have completed my I.V.A. back in June. 2018
My question is in 2003 I had a few loans. All paid off. One of them was welcome finance and I have found out I had a PPI hidden in it. I knew nothing of it. The loan's 100% paid off. Same with all the loan's 100% paid off. Will I have to pay anything to my I.V.A company even though the loans I had were nothing to do with the I.V.A and taken out way before I got into debt.I'm still waiting on my certificate. And am sure there is PPI on two other welcome loans but don't want to touch them.till I have my certificate

Some IP's will allow you to keep PPI from loans settled prior to the IVA, however, technically this does still belong to your creditors as an after acquired asset. The source, age, date etc. is not relevant. It is like saying that the Picasso in the downstairs loo is not an asset because you bought it before the IVA began -- doesn't work !
