Would PPI claim money go to IP?

Hello everyone
I have 3 more payments left till IVA is completed which is great.
Has anyone recently received a letter from the financial claims office. They are quoting the plevin v paragon ruling and telling me I can claim PPI and bank account charges.
I have of course done all the PPI Checks with regards to my creditors.
I may have a possible ppi claim with an non creditor and i did pay a monthly fee for an old account.

Would any of this money come to me or be handed over to the IP.

PPI and similar claims belong to the creditors, even after the IVA has completed. although some IP's will allow you to keep it (not many though). If you use a claims company and the lender sends the money direct to your IP, as often happens, you might be stuck with having to pay the claims company commission to boot !

Agree - it does belong to your creditors.

PPI has been a very confusing part of the IVA process.
