Hey guys,

Right I'm 3rd payment into an iva. Am I right in thinking all debtors on my iva showing on my credit report should default?

Some of majority are still showing upto date?

It can take months to get the credit reports caught up --- my IVA didn't show for 6 months. And you have 5 or 6 years to sort them out. Have a read here: https://www.iva.co.uk/what-does-an-iva- ... dit-record

It's not something I bother ed about while in my IVA, I could see that there were some defaulting, some partially settled and others who just showed everything was OK! Until the last throws of your IVA I just wouldn't even bother with how they report as you are shot for credit until the IVA is over, you are in possession of your completion certificate and have then demonstrated a good credit history.
