i may be receiving some back pay from my average holiday pay ,that i believe should have been paid to me .the time scale is from a year before i started my IVA to six months after i started my IVA.just wondering if anybody knows if i will have to pay it into my IVA or it would come into to the 50/50 split like i pay for overtime .Thanks again Martin

I would have thought it would be dealt with under the 10% 50/50 rule, being work related income, but IP's seem to have a bit of discretion and your own IP would be the one to ask.
