I have my completion certificate from aperture but today I have received a letter from them requesting signatures for ppi claims ..
I am at a loss as they have already claimed ppi from the companies I had on my iva and the monies received were paid into my iva ..can they get another company now I have completed my iva try and get ppi payments .

Yes they can. Indeed the Ombudsman has, on several occasions, advised repeated claims due to the fact that the banks keep denying genuine claims ! They will, apparently, often pay out on previously refused claims, as well as increase previously awarded amounts.

can they use a different company even though they have claimed successfully from all my ppi claims as all monies were paid into my IVA and are stated on my statement as ppi claims ?

They can use whoever they like.
