Hi completed my IVA with Stepchange in Feb 2013.

Please can someone tell me if they will keep any PPI refunds.

The practitioner appears to have left them now working for another firm.

Does that have any impact on my IVA/PPI

Gladstone Brooks phoned me to say Debenhams have confirmed PPI was paid to them.

However they then put me through to their "MMP TEAM" who hung up on me.

Anyone had dealings with this arm of GB

From earlier posts Stepchange do not appear to have the interest in PPI as other firms, but this could have changed. Many claims companies will not proceed when they are aware of an IVA as, often, they get cut out of the loop when the refund is made direct to the IP, rather than through them to enable them to take their fee.

Stepchange have never bothered with PPI.
Easy to claim yourself though with the resolver tool via Martin Lewis site and pay no fees.
