Why are Aperture still interested in my PPI?

I completed my IVA 3 years ago, recently Aperture have been requesting that I authorise them to seek PPI to pay into my IVA, This was done during my IVE and they didn't pay me the promised interest back. Why are they now asking to chase my PPI when they've already had it all and do I have to let them?

I am in a similar position but never had PPI and this was checked at least four times and I am absolutely outraged. If you are thinking of simply rolling over please have a good look at the small print from FDM.

I would also suggest you have a look at Debt Camel.

Aperture appointed SHL to check PPI claims around 2015 but prior to that they used another company do you recall their name?

Sadly as yet I have not received any definitive advice but I will be complaining to them and no doubt to the Ombudsman.

Moral outrage apart they are claiming again on advice from the ombudsman because there is evidence tht many previously refused claims should have been paid out and many paid claims were short paid.
Regarding promised interest not being paid over, fromally complain to Aperture and you can then escalate this to their regulatory body via the Government Gateway at: https://www.gov.uk/complain-about-insol ... actitioner
