First Dispute Management not very sensitive

I have recently received letters from first Dispute Management on behalf of Aperture re., ppi and other miss selling products, I returned the letter for myself and my husband who sadly died a few months after our IVA finished, I clearly indicated on my husbands letter that he was deceased, only to receive a further letter addressed to him thanking him for returning the form but as it was not signed it was unusable and would he please sign another form which was enclosed, I rang the company and complained the lady who I spoke to was apologetic saying she would make sure it would not happen again a few hours later I had a phone call from the company asking me to return forms as soon as possible. My question is how long can these companies keep causing misery I feel sure that when ppi claims finish there will be something else to contend with.sorry to be so long winded I just needed a rant.

High volume and automation is, I am afraid, the excuse for this shoddy customer service.

PPI claims will cease as from August this year, hence the mad panic from Aperture / FDM. However, I am sure other similar miss-selling issues will rumble on and any that relate to the period before the completion of the IVA will still be fair game for the creditors --- though I suspect none will be so lucrative and possibly will not be economical to pursue. This, in theory, can continue in perpetuity.

In the small print its basically saying they can continue as long as they think necessary ,and when I asked him why his very words were so we don't have to harass you six months down the line ,so they already admit its harassment !!!

I had a similar problem with insurance when my father died. I tried to cancel it and they wanted to speak to the policy holder! It took me a while to get it through to them! I did suggest they used Ouija board.

Joking aside -I hope you can get through to them.
