If some of my creditors haven’t accepted the Iva approx £5.000 in total does this mean I will be liable for these debts at the end 3.5 years left to go ?

No, all creditors are included and cannot chase you afterwards.

As long as they are listed in the IVA paperwork as creditors then they are bound by it whether they voted no or didn't vote at all.

If they were included in your IVA then they will not be able to claim. Check your paperwork.

The usual terms in a proposal state that creditors who didn't receive notice of your proposal are still bound by the terms of the arrangement. Depending on the estimated claim amount of additional creditor(s) it may result in a creditors' meeting to vary the proposal.

As stated - all creditors will be included whether they vote or not.
