Hi my Iva is with freeman jones and it is due to finish on 13th July 2019 as you can expect we are just glad we have got this far. We never hear from FJ except for when we get letters asking for wage slips and statements. We have in the past sent them a letter when we have sent the paperwork that they have asked for with regard to the final date and final payment but we never get a reply or answer, our last payment was made on the 21/6/19 so we don’t think anymore payments are to be made as it ends on the 13/7/19. Why are Iva companies quick to send letters for wage slips and such yet never seem to want to answer any questions. We have not had any response to the actual date but our Iva started on 13/7/2013 just some advice on the above would be great
Thank you

You really need to chase FJ for a response as it is possible that there might be some funds still to be paid, until such time as they confirm otherwise.

Drop an email to ian.williams "at" freemanjones "dot" com. He is their representative on this forum and has assisted members in the past to get sorted.

Definitely agree you need confirmation of no further payments before the direct debit stops.
I would start to ring them daily and emailing on the address foggy has provided.

Well done for reaching the end of your iva ...

He is usually pretty good as long as he isn't on holiday.

Hope you had a good time! My post should have sounded different than that! I meant to say that you may be away on holiday.
