Hi There, I am new to this. Just had my IVA approved via McCambridge Duffy, all positive so far. I have to questions - has anyone used these guys before, any experiences good or bad? Also, I have a mortgage and shared ownership - do you think Leeds my mortgage provider with still offer me fixed rates as they have done over the last few years. I have previously be given new rates to fixed the interest. Not sure if this will still happen? My mortgage is joint and my wife is excluded from the Iva.

McD have always had a good reputation on here. I've no idea what your mortgage provider will do - you will have to check with them.

Bear in mind that as you have a financial connection with your wife, it can affect her credit rating.

I can only echo Kallis. We have many posters who are with McCD and all seem generally happy with them.
