Do we have to sign the PPI claim forms if IVA completed 2 years ago?

We completed our IVA in 2017 but we have recently received a letter for Aperture (who dealt with the IVA) asking us to complete yet another form for a company to investigate ppi claims to be paid into our estate even though this was done during the IVA. Legally do we have to sign these forms and have the third party again look into any PPI claims so they can be paid into the IVA? Thanks

Legally tyhe PPI still belongs to the creditors, as recently confirmed by the courts. However, no-one knows, as it has not been tested, what Aperture can, or are willing to do, to compel you to sign and time is running out for them.

To be honest, as ireksome as it is, it is less stress to just sign and let them look, after all the money isn't and never will be yours !
