My creditors meeting is on the 6th aug and im nervous my iva will be rejected its for 105a month and the creditors are to get 14p in the pound on 18500 of debt .if it was rejected id be happy to pay 150 a month over 6years . would the iva company be able to draft a new proposal or is it normally the case that creditors suggest modfications instead of a refusal

Hi, I think you have quite a good chance of being accepted as my Iva got accepted last week and I was offering 10.43p in the pound and monthly repayments of £92 a month..
and mine got accepted without any modifications everyone of my creditors agreed.

You will have to see if any mods are included but your IP must be happy that your proposal will be accepted. Good luck
