hi iva got rejected by credit fix today because of their fees and overpayment housing benefit and overpayment tax credit

I would be inclined to go to a different IP who doesn't charge the same high fees and try again.

So sorry to hear this - how annoying for you after all this time and preparation.
Consider reapplying through another provider that charges less in fees as others have suggested, but at the same time look into other options .... is the iva definitely the right solution for you ?
Sometimes things happen for a reason ....
