IVA has been going fine since August this year most of my accounts are shown closed / subject to the IVA however everyday loans is just showing late / missed payment every month and is the only one that’s not closed is there a reason why ?

They are under no compulsion to mark it closed (when, actually, it isn't anyway). But, it makes no difference for the next 5 years or so. It is still early days, but, in due course, make sure that any defaults are correctly dated as being on or around the IVA start date.
