Final review and comp certificate

When should the clock start ticking for the completion certificate? Made last scheduled payment on 1st of July 19, submitted payslips for final review a couple of days later now Aperture are telling me in December that my final review only started in November after they requested some additional payslips and the completion certificate can not be issued until the final review is complete and any additional payments are made. This they tell me could be another 6 month wait from whenever they bother to complete my review! After over 8 years since my starting my IVA always paying on time and supplying payslips/p60/bank statements on time I find inconceivable that Aperture can take as long as they like to do anything.
Aperture really are awful

Aperture have always considered the 6 months as a minimum, whereas some other firms manage in a few weeks and most withing 3 months.
The problem here is that Aperture consider themselves above us and fire-proof. They need not concern themselves with customer satisfaction being creditor-fed new debtors. When I started my IVA, nearly a decade ago, we were the customer / client, however, now it appears that the customer / client is the creditor.

Thanks for the reply, the stress and worry of entering into an IVA pales into insignificance when compared to the frustration and heart ache having to deal with Aperture they are a truly horrendous company to deal with and really shouldn't be asked to trade!

Try not to let the next few weeks hinder your movement into debt freedom... you have completed your journey and have hopefully learnt so much along the way. Try to forget Aperture - let time run its course ..that certificate will soon be on your doormat

Thanks for the messages of support but it really doesn't feel like I'm at the end because of my past dealings with Aperture and there incompetence I just know this is going to drag on for sometime yet, after what I was told today by them I'll be lucky to see a completion certificate before June 2020!
