Hey so I had a paypal account and owed money to paypal credit I’ve noticed they’ve like blocked me from using it. Is it cos I owed money. I’ve had to create a new one is that ok in my Iva? I need a PayPal account to get my pet food. On the old PayPal account it says I can’t use bank account that I used on my old one on a new one. But it’s let me enter my bank card details and pay for my pet food.

They will have closed the account if they were a creditor and might do the same again if they link you to the old account. As long as you pay as you go there should be no problem from the IVA side of things. As far as I am aware you don't need a Paypal account to pay for goods (so their advertising always used to say) .

It’s quite hard to get the big Bag of food from anywhere else.

Have you got a Jollyes or Pets at home near you? Both do large bags and both deliver.

If its PayPal from the balance made up from your own money from eBay sales, then surely this would be the same as using a pre-pay credit card?
Is your PayPal linked to any credit cards that you owe money too? If its connected to cards that are suspended by creditors it might have problems?
If you write to PayPal (or eBay) try telling them your a 'buyer', not sure how many people know this, but they 'always' take the side of a buyer above a seller, never do they see the point of view of a seller, that is common knowledge many long term customers on their sites.

Find a store that can take a debit card such as Jollyes or Pets at Home.
