What happens if you gamble whilst in an IVA?

I have a gambling problem and have been using internet sites throughout my first year. I have my first review due and I am petrified about the result of my failure. And the effects on my family as my partner. I am at the first stage of receiving help to beat this addiction but feel I’m going to have my Iva scrapped. What should I do or expect

It depends on the scale of gambling and the source of your stake money. As long as you have been making all payments required and the stake is coming out of allowances, without depriving you or your family, a modest 'flutter' will not be an issue. However, it could be picked up on as something to be wary of if it becomes problematic. They might want to keep an eye on spending habits for a while.
Maybe you should take steps to ban yourself from gambling sites, both online and in the High Street as a first step.

It’s quite allot of stakes and quite a bit of money going in and out I’m addressing problem by blocking out everything and seeking help from gamblers awareness but I’m petrified about my mistakes and what might happen

There could be an issue with the wins --- these are windfalls and, if over £500 should be declared and paid in to the IVA --- I know it is perverse: They frown on gambling but want the winnings !
The source of the stakes could be an issue if the money has been borrowed.
All I can say is that, if it is mentioned, be upfront --- the IP is more likely to be helpful, as far as he or she is able, if you are honest.

There aren’t many withdrawals of that figure I’m generally just getting back what I put in with a few small losses but over time it looks like large amounts. I have my review coming up. I don’t have internet banking but can send bank statements. Will I be thrown off the Iva and put back into a hole again. I’ve made all ten payments so far up to date never missed a payment and can continue to do so but I fear what I have already done even though it has stopped now will damage everything

They shouldn't bin the whole thing without the chance to put it right. It is in nobody's interests to fail an IVA.

So what would you say would be the best way about it should I come clean and tell credit fix everything and see the outcome

Rightly or wrongly -- if it was me -- I would wait and see if they take issue first.

So what do you mean should I send in what the require and see what they say or should I tell them about my problems and see the response

The choice is yours - you can hang on as Foggy says or come clean now.

So hang on and see what credit fix say. After the review or should I ring up and confess on the mistakes and see where we go from there

It is entirely up to you - we cannot tell you what to do.

As Kallis says, it is not our place to tell you what to do. Personally, I would give them what they require and see what they say or do - then deal with whatever they come up with at that time.

Unless the OP comes back we have no way of knowing and, as you said, this is an old thread.
