Hi all,

I posted a while back worried what would happen when my balloon HP payment was due on my car.

I’m with payplan and they contacted me asking if they could help as they have a sister company premium plan that do car finance. To cut a long story short I’ve refinanced by balloon payment with no hassle at all, with premium plan getting all the required sign off from the IP etc.

That's good news -- do you know if they will assist clients of other IVA providers, or just their own ?

I’m not sure, always worth an ask if anyone is in the same position as I was
