Is this mortgage fraud

I am looking at moving and need a pesky mortgage,
I thought would have a look at some of the main high street lenders application forms to get a feel of the kind of questions they may ask on their forms as I will not commit mortgage fraud by lying. however, a very prevalent high street lender has the following question.
Have you been declared bankrupt or entered into a voluntary arrangement with a creditor in the last 6 years?
I entered my IVA in November of 2013, in my mind I could answer no to the above as mine was 6 years 7 months ago. I appreciate I could pay to see a specialist but I don't want to pay the large fees they want.
so my long-winded question am I right or wrong?
