Hi all! Hope you are all well? I have an old savings account with Lloyds that has £104 in it. My bank account pre IVA was with Lloyds. I just tried to move the money aa my IVA finished over 2 years ago but it won’t transfer as it has a restriction on the account. I’m not sure if it’s because the account has been dormant for years or because of the IVA surely they would’ve taken the money and shut the account if they wanted it? Anyone have any experience of this?

You are going to have to ask Lloyds what the issue is. The actual money might well be in a dormant account holding account.

It took me about 3 weeks to reset all my details! i will have to contact them, it’s such a pain at the moment
