Iva bank

if my acc has been in the iva can back accept a credit to it ?

It depends on the bank and how they are handling the account. You need to speak to them directly as well as your IP.

Agree and also can you not have a credit paid into your new account?

I believe it is a refund for something paid by credit card, which would normally go back as a credit on the CC account. But that account is now in the IVA.

Its debit acc i gave them new acc details they still put it in the old one

As Foggy says, if it is a credit refund they can do that. Speak to your IP tomorrow to see if you can get this sorted out.

Quite possibly -- but only Stepchange can tell you. They might treat it as a windfall and let you keep it.
