Should debts in a DRO still be open on a credit report?

Not posted for a while but writing for a friend ...not sure I am allowed to post on here ..my friend as been in a dro and ended 18/9/20 Momentum period ended .. credit file says discharged but debts say open all the debts were included including a ccj...will she have to pay these debts back including the ccj.?

No -- the debts have been discharged by the DRO -- she does not have to repay them. Your friend should speak to the DRO intermediary who dealt with her DRO.

Hi thanks for your quick reply..it was dealt through step change she never had any paperwork from the dro or ip which I find very strange It was a slow going right from the start , but checked the register a few days later to find it had gone through and excepted and checked on the 18/9/20 a Will get in touch with the ip that states on the iva register. Thanks for your help.
