Aperture communication?

I am awaiting for statuary interest from Aperature with regards to our PPI, they received 10,000 from Barclays, any one know what Aperature are like getting back to you, also spoke to the company who got the PPI for them and they had sent Aperature cheques end of aug and sept . Can anyone help me with this

What stage are you at with your IVA ? If it is live your case has been transferred to Jarvis.

OK -- just had a look at previous posts --- long finished it seems ! So you need to contact the Aperture Trust Department, who are dealing with legacy cases, at
ivatrusts@aperture.uk.com

Hi Foggy
Our IVA is complete, we have certificate, it finished in 2014.
Rang Jarvis they told me to Email Aperature, emailed them again yesterday.

Are you using the Trust Dept. email address ? They were never great at responding in a timely fashion and I doubt that has improved.
